The notable business fact is the publisher's identity changing underneath the game: Take-Two divested Private Division in November 2024, Bloomberg identified the buyer as Haveli Investments in January 2025, and the label rebranded to Fictions in June 2025 — so a game announced under Private Division shipped in July 2025 under Fictions.
