Star Wars: Galactic Racer

Star Wars: Galactic Racer is a run-based racing adventure set in the lawless Outer Rim after the fall of the Empire. While the New Republic struggles to rebuild, an unsanctioned underground circuit called the Galactic League has sprung up, bankrolled by crime syndicates, where pilots race for fame, money and survival.

You play Shade, a lone racer chasing glory and an old score with the Bool family and its reigning champion, Kestar Bool. There is no Force and no prophecy here: victories come down to piloting skill, smart vehicle builds and nerve. Every campaign run branches through different events and planets, and crashing too often knocks you out of the tour.

The game features four repulsorcraft classes — landspeeders, speeder bikes, skim speeders and podracers — each with its own physics and handling. Alongside the story campaign there are Arcade and Scenario events, plus online races for up to 12 players with grudge matches and league rankings.
